Graphics illustrating each of the projects identified below are included in Appendix D.
Please note these graphics are reflective of a snapshot in time. The concepts were shared at the project's second
open house on February 26, 2014. Final study graphics are included later in the study report. Project numbers
reported in the sections below correspond to the graphics included in Appendix D; however, project numbers
were not carried beyond the concept screening phase.
Subarea 1 - Ramsey West
The CAP-X initial screening analysis showed volume levels low enough in this part of the corridor at both Jarvis
St. and Alpine Dr. for at -grade intersection improvements to provide acceptable capacity.
HIGHWAY 10 ACCESS PLANNING STUDY 43
