Mr. Johnson said that they are trying to show that the outlot <br />is different from the 'rest of the lots in the plat. <br /> <br />Art Dunn and Engineer Raatikka explained that outlots must have <br />a future use shown. <br /> <br />Mr. Johnson said they are willing to provide an easement on the soU~h <br />side of the Trott Brook for a walkway and give the required amount <br />of land for park north of the Brook. <br /> <br />Ben Deemer stated that he is against taking Trott Brook as park .land <br />when the land cannot be improved for that purpose. Trott Brook <br />is controlled by the City as public property, people that own <br />it cannot do anything with it nor can the City. <br /> <br />Dennis Donovan, Chairman of the 9ark & Recreation Commission <br />is to be contacted regarding the continuous park system along <br />Trott Brook. <br /> <br />INDUSTRIAL USES CLASSIFICATION <br /> <br />This item was tabled until the Commission receives input from <br />Mr. Marston. <br /> <br />SITE PLAN AND BUIL'DING DESIGN PLAN 'A'P'PRO'VAL <br /> <br />Ben Deemer commented that both the transitional and rural areas <br />should reflect 200 feet lot width requirement. <br /> <br />Ron West reviewed the site plan and changes. He stated that <br />staff will work with the developers and review the site plan <br />building design plan process with them. Staff will put together <br />a contract and present the final plan and contract to the P & Z <br />Commission for their recommendation to the Council.
