Art Dunn inquired if they suggest using only by-products as the minimum <br />criteria for the uses. <br /> <br />John Hubbard replied, no, it is one of them. <br /> <br />Kathy Schneider questioned how existing buildings would be handled whsn they <br />were sold and control of the use that the new owner would use it for. <br /> <br />Administrator Schnelle said this is a good point. <br /> <br />Art Dunn feels this could be arbitrary. <br /> <br />John Hubbard replied that ~they just set certain standards for those that <br />are periphery and if they don't fit into that calssification they just <br />move into less restrictive areas. <br /> <br />Ben Deemer asked that the Commission make a list of the businesses they <br />feel fall under this system. <br /> <br />Chairman Peterson said if they do agree with this format, should a request <br />be made for a grant to hate this written up by a professional. Should they <br />get money to hire a firm to write this up and get a bid on what it takes to <br />put this into formal language. <br /> <br />Arlene Peddycoart to research if there are any other cities doing something <br />similar to this method of classification. <br /> <br />Motion by Deemer and seconded by Dunn to adjourn.
