In other words, move forward with <br />rezoning the Person Property parcel to allow for a <br />business park against the will of the property owner. <br />This option is not advised by staff for a number of <br />reasons. (A) Changing zoning districts without <br />property owner consent has the ability to raise public <br />perception concerns and possible legal disputes. (B) <br />The City and Pearson Properties have a longstanding <br />positive relationship. Pearson properties has offered <br />a compromise, and is willing to work with the City on <br />any creative solutions. <br />
