Several of the Board members are no <br />longer available to serve on the Committee, and so City Staff is incorporating the <br />separate Board review process into the regular inter -department plan review process. <br />18. Off -Street Parking Requirements/Driveways: The TC-4 District requires 2 off- <br />street parking spaces for each unit; each unit has its own driveway and 2-car garage, <br />thus satisfying this requirement. All driveways also meet the 20-foot minimum length <br />requirement. Parking is permitted on the adjacent streets. <br />19.
