General: The revised <br />Addition into 77 to <br />of the plat is 0.8 a <br />Ramsey Parkway and <br />1%and site plan submittal to develop a plat within <br />is (row house townhomes). The revised plat contains one fewer unit (77 versus 78) and same overall density as the <br />previously -approved 6th Addition. <br />3. Lots: The preliminary plat shows 77 townhomes in 16 separate buildings. (8 four -unit <br />buildings, 3 five -unit buildings, and 5 six -unit buildings).
