Grading and Drainage: Staff has received a grading and drainage plan for the development <br />and has the following comments. Stormwater calculations must be submitted to the city and <br />Lower Rum River Water Management Organization for verification of conformance with the <br />master drainage plan. The rock construction entrance on the SWPPP should be replaced with <br />the requirement for daily sweeping of adjacent streets. The responsibility for the SWPPP on <br />this site must be transferred to the new owner and contractor prior to commencing <br />construction. <br />The grading plan shows multiple elevations for the first floor in each building. There is also <br />a notation on add. risers. The location of the risers and the elevation of each unit must be <br />specified. The final plans must include a lot by lot tabulation specifying garage, first floor, <br />lowest opening, and driveway slope. An example is available from the Engineering <br />Department. <br />
