In order to assist Staff in review of the placement of signs and to ensure an orderly look <br />of the site, please revise the signage and striping plan to show address signs. The address <br />signage is subject to the review and approval of the City Engineer and Police Chief. It should <br />be noted that signs identifying the development will require a separate sign permit. <br />23. REU Number: The City has enacted a quarterly drainage utility charge. The charge for <br />townhomes is the same as for single family residences and is currently $7.79/ quarter. <br />The Planning Commission will be meeting at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July 11, 2007 (*please <br />note rescheduled date due to July 4th holiday*) at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 7550 Sunwood <br />Drive NW, to review your revised preliminary plat and site plan.
