A maximum of three items of any 'combination (trailer or trade-in) <br /> be on display with all other items adequately screened. <br /> <br /> 2.) Variance request - Alex Werz. <br />Mr. and Mrs. Alex Werz w~re present to explain that they purchased a <br />1 acre lot from J.D. Scott at 16960 Bison Street N.W. in Augus~t 1972. <br />Now they have an interested buyer and because of the ordinance reqmmrmng <br />that the 10t having to be recorded ~prior to April 27, 1972, they are <br />paying taxes on a lot they csn not obtain a building permit forl <br /> <br />Mr. Werz explained that Mr. Landol Locher was the attorney at the timei. <br />and believes that they had paid half his fee on the transaction an~d "(~[ ~. ~' <br />was never told that the lot was not buildable._ ~ ;~ :~:: -~ ~:: ~'" <br /> <br />Gerry Zimmerman stated that Mr. Werz should have had his own attorney~ <br />and would like an opinion from the City attorney in regards to t2hS. <br />present sf. tuation. <br /> <br />A1 Sorteberg stated that he realized this w~s' ~0t'!-~he Werz's fault~ but <br />agrees they should have had own attorney and then th~s would have sho~m <br />up in a title searbh~ and that he was. in favor of granting-a variance. <br /> <br />Mr. Werz state~ that he felt the City should grant a variance so that <br />a house could be built in order to increase the taxes on the prope~y. <br /> <br />Kathy Schneider explained that she was concerned ¥~th' h0.w many others <br />would be coming in on BiSon Street with the same ~r~blem, and the exact <br />location of the lot should be determined for easement.purposes.
