City Administrator/Economic Development Manager Patrick Brama <br />City Attorney Joe Langel <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />Mayor Strommen called the regular meeting of the Ramsey City Council to order at 7:00 p.m., <br />followed by the Pledge of Allegiance led by Mayor Strommen. <br />2. PRESENTATION <br />2.01: Proclamation Declaring May as Building Safety Month <br />Mayor Strommen presented the Proclamation. <br />Community Development Director Gladhill noted the reason for building codes is for safety and <br />for health. He thanked the staff for the good work the team does. He stated there is an ongoing <br />survey on the City's website for homeowners and contractors to take which will help Staff know <br />how to provide adequate resources in a timely manner. He said the first component of e-permits <br />will begin in June as a way for residents to request permits 24 hours a day. <br />3.
