Motion by Kathy S~hneider, seconded by Gerry Zimmerman to <br />table the matter until theCF.,nginee~, Jeff Caine arrived. Motion carried <br /> <br />5-0. <br />Item 2. Consider action oD Paul Weiss Rezoning request. <br />Mr. Weiss was present wi~the results of seven testho!es of the prop- <br />erty located on Hwy #47 ~.~67.th Ave N.W., and a report from both the <br />U~ghway Dept. and State Fi~e Marshall. Pete Raatikka was aske~ if <br />based, on the soils repozt,[ the property could support a filling station. <br />Phil Nereson pointed ou~. that the' report did not determine the necessary <br />,structural engineering ~nfOrmation. Gerry Zimmerman expres~ed <br />that the report did not iini¢.ica'te,to him that this property could sup~ort <br />a sewaf~e system Mr. W~is4e stated that the report said "it is expected <br />that the site will affo~,d .good foundation support for moderate size <br />structures."
