Mr. B. ohurik, 11320 Heather <br />St., Coon Rapids, stated ~th~t this site was approximately in the center <br />of the congrsgation and ~ad:[bee.~ reasonably priced. Mr. Churik that their <br />request was to be. able t~ b~ild .a church 54'-x 40' with seating for 200. <br />Mr. ~ohn Anderson, 5201 ~t;~ Ave. North~ Brooklyn Center, asked about <br />the proceedure and time ~l~ent' involved with t~is request, and also asked <br />about sewer a~ailability~ [~en Peterson exotained how this recommendation <br />would i[o the the City Council, and Phil Nereson explained that in regards <br />to sewer t~is area would be~ one' of the first for consideration though <br />probably not until 1982 1~85. Public Hearing closed at 8:39. <br /> <br />C~ai¥'msn l(en Peterson caIled the reFular meeting back to order, and <br />l~r~,fl Bo~l] e asked shout e~ac~ traffic that would be generated. It was <br />determ~.r~d that there wo~l~~ be full use of the facility on Sunday from <br />0 a.~. u~l noon with a~p~xlmately 25 peoole usm_..g the site on .tuesday <br />anr~ Thur=.~ay ~evenings. ~er~y Zimmerman asked the r~presentative if <br />the cnngreFstion was awa~e ~hat the Highway Dept. was orooosing eliminating <br />the crop, sorer at that ].o~s. tio'n.
