December 5, 1977
P & Z Commission
Critique

Page 2

not supplied this office with the necessary information
to allow publication and mailed notices. If Mr. Bettinger
is on hand he should be informed that the application be
completed, the fee paid and a new date should be set.

ITEM NO. 4 VARIANC£ REQUEST MICHAEL KENNEDY AND JAMES
BALABON

This request is to allow the recording of parcel 1800
plat 89221. Enclosed is the application form and a site
location map. The parcel is on 154th Lane N.W. and is
the last lot.in this subdivision to be registered. The
request is to allow registration of this parcel and make
it eligible for a b'uilding permit.

ITEM NO. 5 VARIANCE REQUEST BERTHA MAE SMITH, MIKE COMPTON

This would be a subdivision creating a parcel along 166th
Avenue N.W. The application and site plan is attached.
The owner wants to subdivide to allow construction of a
home as shown on the sketch plan. I've indicated to the
owner that we would probably require a road easement to
the north to provide access for future subdivision. The
access question and park dedication should be discussed
along with any other matters the planning commission feels
appropriate.

Phil D. Nereson
City Administrator

PDN:sb
