Review preliminary plat of Whispering Pines Estates Plat 4.

This plan has been slightly changed so as to conform to the recommendations
made by P & Z when presented at the sketch plan stage. No action taken at
this meeting.

Public Hearing set for 7/21/77 at 8:00 p.m.

Tom Gamec, present ChairMan, announced his resignation as July 14, 1977, to
accept his new duties as~ Councilperson of the City of Ramsey left by the
resignation of Councilperson Gary Gorham. All P & Z members regreted his
leaving as we felt he was a very good chairman of P & Z for the short time
he held that position. We wish him continued success while serving the City
of Ramsey on the City CQuncil.

Discussion on Gilbert Menkveld property west of County Road 56 near the
Tom Thumb store. Mr. Menkveld was not present so no action could be taken.

Ken Peterson moved to adjourn the meeting, seconded by Brad Bodle.

Meeting adjourned.

Respectfully submitted,

Gerald Zimmerman
Recording Secretary
