WHEREAS, benefiting properties are proposed to be assessed for all or a portion of the <br />cost of the improvements, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, and in accordance with <br />Chapter 8 of the City Charter, applicable City codes, and the City of Ramsey's adopted Special <br />Assessments Policy. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1) The Mayor and City Administrator are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a <br />contract with said bidder for the construction of said improvements for and on behalf of <br />the City of Ramsey. <br />2) The City Administrator is hereby authorized and directed to return forthwith to all bidders <br />the deposits made with their bids at such time that a contract has been executed. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br />this the 24th day of May, 2016. <br />ATTEST: <br />City Clerk <br />Mayor <br />RESOLUTION #16-05-097 <br />Page 2 of 2 <br />
