Motion Carried. Voting Yes: Vice Chairperson Bauer, Commissioners Maul, Andrusko, Brauer, <br />Nosan, and VanScoy. Voting No: None. Absent: Chairperson Levine. <br />Vice Chairperson Bauer closed the public hearing closed at 8:48 p.m. <br />Commission Business <br />Motion by Commissioner Brauer, seconded by Commissioner Andrusko, to recommend that City <br />Council adopt Resolution #16-04-069 approving the Findings of Fact, amending #12 requiring the <br />applicant to stripe only the number of parking stalls required by City Code. <br />Further discussion <br />City Planner Anderson requested the drive aisle widths be addressed by the Commission for safety <br />purposes. <br />Commissioner Brauer believed the striping and drive aisle widths could be addressed by the <br />applicant in accordance with City Code. He stated if for some reason another user were to take <br />over the building, the parking lot would already be properly striped. <br />Motion Carried. Absent: Chairperson Levine. <br />Motion by Commissioner Brauer, seconded by Commissioner Andrusko, to recommend that City <br />Council adopt Resolution #16-04-070 granting an amended Conditional Use Permit to Bethel <br />Properties, LLC, contingent on compliance with the Staff Review Letter dated April 1, 2016, <br />directing staff to ensure there is language that calls out the need for 24 foot drive aisle width. <br />Motion Carried.
