The plans need a legend on every sheet every line tune and symbol used on that sheet. <br />2. The storm sewer lines must be screened in plan view on the sewer and water sheets. <br />3. Turn off the street information in profile view <br />4. The horizontal curve information must be shown on the street sheets. <br />Grading Plan: We offer the following comments on these sheets: <br />1. City Code requires that existing topography be shown for 50 feet beyond the boundary of <br />the plat. Topography must be shown along the east and south sides of the plat. <br />2. The previous submittal showed existing and proposed contours. This submittal only shows <br />one set of contours that roughly match the proposed contours on the previous submittal. <br />Grading in this area was performed when Brookfield 6th addition was graded. This grading <br />needs to be shot in the field and shown as the existing grades for this plan set. <br />3. The minimum grade on all lots in all directions shall be 2.0% or greater. Review of the <br />grading plan found several areas where the grades are less than 2.0%. <br />4. The grading for Lot 1 Block 2 must be revised to provide positive drainage from the <br />adjacent lots in Brookfield 6th Addition. Storm sewer revisions will be required in 167th <br />Lane to provide drainage for Lot 1 Block 2. <br />5. The castings on STMH 3 and STMH 2 will direct water from the back yards into the storm <br />sewer system and away from the infiltration basin as proposed in the stormwater summary. <br />Review and revision of the storm sewer system in Block 3 is required. <br />Detail Sheet: We offer the following comments on these sheets: <br />
