The current versions were approved/ revised in 2016. The details can be downloaded from the City website. SWPPP Sheets: We offer the following comments on these sheets: 1. The text must be revised to change the Engineering Company Name in all locations. 2. The training credentials of all persons responsible for the SWPPP must be added to the plan sheets or specifications. A copy of the card issued by the University of Minnesota is sufficient. Plat Sheet 1. This plan will be reviewed by the Anoka County Surveyor. Stormwater Calculations 1. The stormwater summary indicates the basin in Block 3 provides adequate infiltration volume for the impervious areas on this site. The 2 year runoff to this pond is only 30% of the volume retained. This basin as designed does not provide the necessary volume reduction. The storm sewer system must be revised to direct adequate flow to this basin to meet the infiltration requirements. 2. The Hydrocad model appears to be an update of the previous model prepared for the master development of Brookfield. The names of the subcatchments and ponds in this phase must be updated to match the current block numbers. The proposed drainage map must be revised to screen the contours and emphasize the drainage area boundaries, ponds and storm sewers. These revisions must be done, some additional labels were added; however. the storm water elan is not clear. 3. The summary must include a table comparing existing and proposed flows at the point where stormwater leaves the Brookfield development. 4. The permit application shall not be submitted to the Lower Rum River Watershed Management Organization until the City has provided comments on the stormwater plans. Specifications 1. Add the necessary SWPPP training credentials. Permits Provide the City with a copy of the Construction Stormwater Permit Coverage Card. A copy of the erosion control inspection logs must be provided to the City prior to closing out the letter of credit for the project. We do not have copies of the watermain and sanitary sewer extension permits. Please provide information on the status of these permits. Please make the necessary revisions and submit new sheets.
