Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #2016-05-103 RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF BROOKFIELD 7th ADDITION WHEREAS, Capstone Homes, Inc. properly applied for preliminary plat approval of the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: Outlot A, BROOKFIELD 61T1 ADDITION, Anoka County, Minnesota (the `Subject Property'); WHEREAS, on October 3, 2013, the Ramsey Planning Commission conducted a public hearing regarding the preliminary plat; and WHEREAS, the Ramsey Park and Recreation Commission reviewed the preliminary plat on October 10, 2013, and recommended that park dedication be satisfied with a cash payment; and WHEREAS, on October 22, 2013, the City Council approved the preliminary plat with conditions; and WHEREAS, on March 23, 2015, the City of Ramsey received an application and final plat plans for Brookfield 6th Addition from Capstone Homes; and WHEREAS, the Brookfield 7th Addition was a continuation of the Brookfield Addition; and WHEREAS, on April 25, 2016, Ramsey Landholdings, LLC, hereafter referred to as "Developer", submitted an application for final plat of Brookfield 7th Addition, which includes twenty- seven (27) buildable lots, all of which were a part of the preliminary plat; and WHEREAS, the Brookfield 7th Addition is a continuation of the Brookfield Addition; and WHEREAS, on May 24, 2016, the City Council reviewed the final plat. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants final plat approval of Brookfield 7th Addition in accordance with relevant City Codes, subject to the following conditions: a) Compliance with City Staff Review File dated May 18, 2016. b) The Developer entering into a Development Agreement with the City.
