The <br />lots abutting Sodium Street are very steep, however, P & Z members <br />thought that proper hohse placement could take care of that. <br /> <br />Mr. Klemish indicated that he would probably pay the pa~k fee rather <br />than donating land. i <br /> <br />The consensus of opinzpn of P & Z members is that this sketch plan <br />is acceotable with som~ minor changes at the preliminary plat stage. <br /> <br />4. HIGH POINT SKETCH ~LAN <br /> <br />This sketch plan was previously presented at the September 7, 1976, <br />P & Z meeting. It was!generally accepted at that time with the <br />exception of the park ~onation. The owner wanted to donate land and <br />the City Park Commissi6n wanted a cash donation. It was resolved <br />between the owner and ~ark Commission to accept cash and this plat <br />looks acceptable to P & Z members. The owners asked if oossibly <br />more lots could be obtained in the low area of the plat. This would <br />have to be Worked out With their surveyor and presented in their <br />preliminary plat. Pre~ent zoning is R-1 and C-1. <br /> <br />5. RUSSELL HAAC, 16128 Variolite Street N.W. - VARIANCE REQUEST <br /> <br />This variance request ~o sell by metes and bounds a 8.5 acre parcel <br />located in Section 3, ~32, R25.
