Locatzon ofiroads on this sketch plan were good, however, <br />there were some lots ~hat were too small; namely Lots 4 & 5, Block <br />5 and Lot 4~ Block 3. ! P & Z members suggested that he reduce the <br />number of lots in thi~ plat and re-submit it at the next meeting. <br /> <br />8. Discussion of City Assessment Policy. <br /> <br />Mr. Raatikka, Consulting Engineer for the City of Ramsey, oresented <br />a report of proposed ~treet assessment policies. The City Council <br />would like the ~ecomm~ndations of P & Z members as to how street <br />assessments should be ihandled so as to be fair to all property owners. <br />All members thought this would take more time to review, and that <br />we would reDort back ~o the City Council at the next meeting. <br /> <br /> <br />
