Locatzon ofiroads on this sketch plan were good, however, there were some lots ~hat were too small; namely Lots 4 & 5, Block 5 and Lot 4~ Block 3. ! P & Z members suggested that he reduce the number of lots in thi~ plat and re-submit it at the next meeting. 8. Discussion of City Assessment Policy. Mr. Raatikka, Consulting Engineer for the City of Ramsey, oresented a report of proposed ~treet assessment policies. The City Council would like the ~ecomm~ndations of P & Z members as to how street assessments should be ihandled so as to be fair to all property owners. All members thought this would take more time to review, and that we would reDort back ~o the City Council at the next meeting.
