Some <br />of the proposals were: <br /> <br />Attorney Goodrich <br />Phil Nereson, Adm. Asst. <br /> <br />The kennel is located in t~e S.W.corner of Lot 6 as far away as possible from <br />the other houses. <br /> <br /> d. Waste is cleanedlup 2 or 3 times per day, uses no water but sawdust <br /> to clean up waste. <br /> <br /> e. Admits dogs do bark somewhat but she corrects them when they bark. <br /> <br /> f. Van Odegaard arelmembers of Minnesota Purebred Dog Owners Association. <br /> <br />George Morley who lives onlLot 4, Block i spoke in opposition to this conditional <br />use permit stati.ng that th~ Van Odegaard's had to have a kennel permit when they <br />lived in Coon Rapids, they~do not have one in Ramsey. Easter Sunday he was awaken <br />at 1:00 A.M., 6:00 A.M. and 8:00 A.M. by barking dogs from the Odegaards. Mr. <br />Morley says that he has be~n awaken many other times with the barking. He then <br />produced several lettersf~om neighbors who objected to the dogs. Written <br />objection from adjoining neighbors are: <br /> <br /> 1.
