Seconded by K~n Peterson and carried 7 - 0. <br /> <br />arrell Blume variance to obtain a building permit on a 37 acre <br />arcel without any f~'ontage on a oublic road. This parcel is <br />5 'in the NW 1/4 of NE /4 of Section 26, T32, R25. His present <br />~access is from 148th~Lane N.M. on his east line. <br /> ~Ron West moved to re~ommend to the City Council to grant a <br /> building permit where there is not a 300' frontage, and that <br /> Mr. Blume will provide his own orivate driveway from 148th <br /> Lane N.W. Seconded ~y Brad Bodie and carried 7 - 0. <br /> <br /> Public hearing set f~r Way 2nd as this is in the moritorium <br /> area. <br /> <br /> ernal T. Weaver re~eSt to subdivide one 24 acre tract into <br /> three tracts; Parcef["A" 12.99 acres, Parcel "B" 6 acres which <br /> has buildings on, an~ Parcel "C" 6 acres which has no buildings <br /> on. He also would l~ke to build on Tract "A'~. These three <br /> tracts were oresente~ on a neat drawing done by John Oliver of <br /> Elk River. ~his tra~t is in the S~? 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section <br /> <br />~18, T32, P~.25. <br /> <br />Brad Bodle moved to ~ <br />buil'ding_~permit to M~ <br />drawing.
