They want to divide ~his 26 acre tract into three parcels. One parcel would get laccess on t77th Avenue on the East and the other two parcels woBld access on 177th Avenue on the West. According to the Dal~y's this ground is high enough to build on and is not in the 10~ year flood area. This parcel is 5 'in the NW 1/4 of NE /4 of Section 26, T32, R25. His present ~access is from 148th~Lane N.M. on his east line. ~Ron West moved to re~ommend to the City Council to grant a building permit where there is not a 300' frontage, and that Mr. Blume will provide his own orivate driveway from 148th Lane N.W. Seconded ~y Brad Bodie and carried 7 - 0. Public hearing set f~r Way 2nd as this is in the moritorium area. ernal T. Weaver re~eSt to subdivide one 24 acre tract into three tracts; Parcef["A" 12.99 acres, Parcel "B" 6 acres which has buildings on, an~ Parcel "C" 6 acres which has no buildings on. He also would l~ke to build on Tract "A'~. These three tracts were oresente~ on a neat drawing done by John Oliver of Elk River. ~his tra~t is in the S~? 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section ~18, T32, P~.25.
