Phil is working with the DNR on this subject and will report
as to its progress laterI Mayor Cox presented a set of house plans to the
P & Z Commission, for their review and comments; of a house that used no
concrete blocks for its foundation. It was made up entirely of wood and is
a new idea in the housin~ market. There are no houses at present made this
way in Ramsey, however, ~ast Bethel has two under construction according
to Councilman Dave Mickelson. The advantage is that a builder would not
have to wait for blocks ~o be layed in case of a strike. Mr. Cox is
not building a house of ~his type but would like comments from P & Z members.
This will probably be discussed at the next P & Z meeting.

A1Sorteberg made a MotiOn to adjourn, Seconded by Tom Moorhouse.

Adjournment - 8:30 p.m.

8:40 to 8:55 p,m. P & Z
Michele Olson of the Park
in the comprehensive park
members thought that the

then had a meeting with Kathy Schneider and
Commission as to some changes that were being made
plan. The changes were minor and most of P & Z
r plan was put together with a lot of thought.

Respectfully submitted,

iGerald Zimmerman, Recording Secretary
