Mr. James Wolff: He h~s a small building on his commercial pro- <br />perty and. he would like to set up a temporary office in this build- <br />ing on this property. He will be putting up a 30x60 office build- <br />ing. At present he is sharing an office with Ralph Williams. The <br />building f.s 12x20 and ds an old Hilltop municipal building. He will <br />put in a se~er system. A lO& foot well is installed in the yard. <br />He wants to skirt this building for winter. Now the building is <br />sitting on blocks~ Mr. Pittman will go over to check this out. <br />Mr. Emmans moved we gi~e him a temporary permit if it meets with <br />Mr. Pittman's approval to use for a temporary office. Seconded <br />by Mr. Bodle. Motion carried. He will be placed on the agenda for <br />the Town ~oard meeting fo~ August 19th~ <br /> <br />Mr. Charles Adams was ~ot here. <br /> <br />Mr. Don Carda, 153i5 Sunfish Lake Blvd. N~W. wants~to put up an <br />addition ~o his garage 22x30 with two stalls. He lives just north <br />of Mr. Scroggins. Mr. Emmans moved we recommend granting him per- <br />mission to put up this 22x30 addition to his garage. Seconded by <br />Mr. Bodle~ Motion car~iedunanimously. <br /> <br />Leland Stull: Sketch t'lan. The sketch plan was the same as it <br />was the last time they were in except for road easement going north. <br />The road to the cul de sac is just a little over 600 feet. The <br />plat has 5 lots. All ]~ots have 300 foot frontage. Plat contains <br />16 acres and they want to pay money for parks.. ~ We told ~them this <br />decision was made by t~e Board. Mr. Bodle moved we recommend this <br />sketch plan be accepte6. Seconded by Mr. Emmans. Motion carried. <br />They will be put on the agenda for preliminary plat for September <br />3rd. <br /> <br />Robert Morton was not. <br /> <br />Mr. Rodney Elvine, 152(~0 Nowthen Blvd. N.W. This is the old Perry <br />property. He wants to put up a Maynard building 32x36 for storage <br />for a campe~, boat, tractor, etc. He was told to get the signa- <br />tures of his neighbors and bring a certificate of survey showing <br />where on his lot he wa~ts to put up this building. He has 5½ <br />acres with 200 some feet on the road. Mr. Elvine will be on the <br />agenda for September 3~ /97~ <br /> <br />Tungsten St~eet N~W~ f~'o~ Hy~ 10 to Rivlyn Ave.: Mr. Dahlgren <br />came in to say he thought this street was too narrow and not heavy <br />enough to carry the bill Grosslein trucks without damage to the <br />street. The police will be asked to post this street. It has <br />a 5 ton load limit as ~:~o all Township streets. <br /> <br />Mr. Herb ~mith, ].6233 ~iiarble St. N.W. He wan~s to put up a 20x <br />2& structure for a gar&.ge for storage for a boat, mot~s, camper, <br />van, tractor, bikes, t~'ikes, wagons, etc. It would be 75 feet <br />from the neighbor's fence and 90 feet from the road. He was told <br />he must get the signatures of the surrounding property owners and <br />draw a plan of the building on a certificate of survey and bring <br />to the September 3rd m~eting. <br /> <br /> <br />
