We are still looking for our go-
pher machine.

Bill Pittmanwill che~k out the LaBounty building to see what con-
dition it is in.

Mr. Tom Gamec, 5810 N~o~, St. N.W., offered to serve on the Plan-
ning and Zoning Co~ni3sion. Mo-
tion carried.

Carter Valley: Mr. Bodie explained his conversation with Mr. Neil~
son, attorney for bhe Carters, regarding the Carter Valley plat.
He described the area ~he Carter's agree to for park area. It is
north of Trott Brook on the east end of this area. It would be
10.8 acres with ~ par~ing lot on the south side at the top of the
bank and s lO foot wal~,ay from the parking lot to the park. Mr.
Reimann and Mr~ Bodle walked this park area and they think it would
make a very nice park, much of it is high land and they feel the
rest could be mo~ed almost to the creek most of the summer. After
some discussion it was decided we would need a 15 foot walkway if
we were going to get mowing equipment, etc. over this walkway. Mr.
Springer said he was in favor of this area for a park. We would
not get arzy other park area in the plat. We would like to discuss
this with the Town Board so both groups would be in accord on this
plat.

Mr. Bodle moved the meeting be adjourned.
Meeting adjourned at 11:00 p.m.

Seconded by Mr. Emmans.

Respectfully ~b~tted,
Secretary
