<br />Mr. Bar,~;'i.,,ow stated he w~,uld take care of the sign for Brookview
<br />Estates and put the re~?].~,ctors on it. He also said that Mr. Sun-
<br />deen had put up a .'[arguer sign.

<br />Thurston Realty: They have provided a 66 foot strip for a road
<br />going toward Highway #[0 to give a future exit to this property.
<br />The change in the -o].at provides this road to the property line on
<br />the north, Mr. Anderson moved we recommend Mississippi Acres 3rd
<br />Addition plat be accepi~e~{ with the change that they take half of
<br />the road from lots #l '~n(i half from lot #2, Block 2 to make up
<br />this roa~, Secon¢led bz i.'~r. Russell. Motion carried.

<br />Mr. Sortcb~rg moved we :c~,,commend a variance be granted on two lots
<br />on the north end of Bo~,~e~,~s Drive N.W. on the east side of the road,
<br />per attached drawing a~d legal description. Seconded by Mr. And-

<br />view of tho fact that ,~-~ still have a moratorium on we could not
<br />accept the plat but we ~!.:id look it over as he requested. He said
<br />the owne:~'s of the [and would like to get this plat in as soon as
<br />possible so they cou]_d start building before it got too late into
<br />the summer~ He was to Id June would be the earliest time he could
<br />present thc plat. It ,~a~; suggested he might take the plat drawings
<br />to the engineer ~nd ha,z~ this work done beforehand.

<br />lor in her Oasement. ;h~ said she had the required 120 square

<br />some questions to ask ce?;arding Section 13 across the Rum River in
<br />our Towna:hip. I-[e has ~() acres off Ventre Street. He wanted to
<br />know about the set bac~ .i'or building a house, what kind of road or
<br />driveway hc would, need~ .':ertificate of survey, wells, state code

<br />shop, pole barn an. ri ha~za horses. All of his questions were answered
