The submittal consists of 15 sheets <br />prepared by James R. Hill, Inc. dated May 12, 2016. <br />Plat: We offer the following comments: <br />1. The drainage and utility easement between lots 2 and 3, Block 3 must be enlarged to 10 <br />feet either side of the line. <br />Cover Sheet: We offer the following comments: <br />1. The area tabulation needs to be revised, deducting the areas platted in the lst and 2nd <br />additions. The gross area increased from 50.37 acres to 51.32 acres between 2nd and 3rd <br />additions. <br />2. The gross density notes must be updated to 3rd addition. <br />3. Turn off the structure labels in the plan view. <br />Erosion and Sediment Control Plan: We offer the following comments: <br />1. All symbols used on each sheet must be shown in the legend on that sheet. The symbol size <br />on the legend must match the size shown on the plans. <br />2. Silt fence must be added at all pond outlets and weirs. <br />Grading As -Built: We offer the following comments: <br />1. All symbols used on each sheet must be shown in the legend on that sheet. <br />2. Add Street names. <br />3. Remove sheet C3.1 from set as it was constructed in the 2nd addition. <br />4. Add note 3 from the 2nd addition plans to the remaining sheets. <br />5. Move pond labels off the lot lines. <br />6.
