Mr. Haustein responded they did not. When they looked at the pool at the Coon Rapids Dam, the <br />DNR funded that. <br />Board Member Lewis asked about human involvement and if some erosion could be attributed to <br />it. <br />Mr. Haustein acknowledged it could play a part, but he said he didn't have a good answer. <br />City Planner Anderson noted the full report was not included in the case; it was too large of a file <br />to include. He said he will send a link to the Board Members to view the presentation on line. <br />Motion by Board Member Valentine and seconded by Chairperson Stodola to recommend that the <br />City Council accept the Mississippi River Bank Condition Inventory prepared by the Anoka <br />Conservation District. <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Stodola, Board Member Valentine, Bernard, Covart, <br />Hiatt, Lewis, and Trossen. Voting No: None.
