Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #16-06-108 <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE MISSISSIPPI RIVER SHORELINE INVENTORY <br />COMPLETED BY THE ANOKA CONSERVATION DISTRICT <br />WHEREAS, on December 8, 2015, the City Council authorized contracting with the <br />Anoka Conservation District to conduct a shoreline inventory of the Mississippi River; and <br />WHEREAS, Anoka County Parks agreed to contribute fifty percent (50%) of the cost of <br />the inventory; and <br />WHEREAS, the Anoka Conservation District completed the shoreline inventory on <br />December 11, 2015. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA: <br />1) That the City Council of the City of Ramsey hereby accepts the Mississippi River Shoreline <br />Inventory completed by the Anoka Conservation District. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council the <br />14th day of June, 2016. <br />Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />City Clerk <br />
