TOPICS FOR DISCUSSION
2.01: Continued Discussion of the 2016-2020 Capital Improvement Plan (CIP)
Finance Director Lund reviewed the staff report for the 2016 — 2020 Capital Improvement Plan
(CIP), highlighting the items that have been amended or added since the last review.
City Administrator Ulrich stated that staff would like direction from the Council on whether
larger projects, such as a community center, should be included in the document with a financial
amount. He explained that if numbers are shown for projects of that nature, it does skew the
numbers for the document as a whole, noting that outside funding would most likely be
identified for those projects.
City Council Work Session / May 24, 2016
