15 I~Lnu~e~ <br /> <br />CASE ~13.. <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />At the December 1~, 1986 m~eti~ the Cit7 Council directed Staff to review the <br />]{audio site in more detail to determine its suitability as a public works site. <br />As summarized in the attached memorandum dated January 19, 1987, I have <br />reviewed the Raudio site in more detail and compared it with four other <br />possible sites in the City.
