Minutes <br /> <br />CASE ~16: <br /> <br /> DI~.~3~$ X~ AND <br />By~ Anne Norris,, O:mmmity D~velop~ent Dizectoz <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />As you recall, at the joint me~.~tin9 of the City Council/Economic Development <br />C~ssion/Planning and Zoning C~ssion in Nov~uber, 1986, it was agreed that <br />Co~cilman Cox and I would meet with Mr. Larry Hickman to draft an agreement <br />addressing oonoerns regarding ;M~ ~ickman's operations at Plants and Things, <br />13745 Sunfish Lake Blvd. N~, m~d the recent construction of an accessory <br />structure at that location. <br /> <br />Councilman Cox a~.:] I met with }~. flickman on January 20, 1987 and drafted a <br />development pel~it based on th(:..
