The conditiom; of thir, permit are as follows: 1. The accessory st~ ucture shall be located no closer to the (~unty I~ No.~ 57 right-of-way than 45 feet. 2. The accessory structure shall be used for storage, warm,using and di~lay area. e Off-street p~rking shall be provided as specified in the City Code. Ail off-street parking shall be levelled and Clas~ V gravel shall be applied to these areas. The p~rking areas along the west side of the property and entrances fro~ County Road 57 shall be surfaced with cone[ere or blacktop (any other surface shall be revi~.~ed by the City Engineer prior to application) by June 1, 1988. '.~;his surfacing shall be subject to appr(wal by the property owner° 4. Off-street loa~i~ shall be provided as specified in the city code. ~-~e accesssory str~]cJ~ure is of pole construction. City Code requires that the. exterior finish of this structure shall be: a. Fa~~. bri~:k~ c. Precast (~)ncrete units treated with decorative material or texture; d. Other material as approved by the City The lo, er half ¢~f the structure and trim shall be finished with white cedar facing which shall be applied as specified by the City Building Official.
