The accessory st~ ucture shall be located no closer to <br /> the (~unty I~ No.~ 57 right-of-way than 45 feet. <br /> <br />2. The accessory structure shall be used for storage, <br /> warm,using and di~lay area. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />Off-street p~rking shall be provided as specified in the <br />City Code. Ail off-street parking shall be levelled and <br />Clas~ V gravel shall be applied to these areas. The <br />p~rking areas along the west side of the property and <br />entrances fro~ County Road 57 shall be surfaced with <br />cone[ere or blacktop (any other surface shall be <br />revi~.~ed by the City Engineer prior to application) by <br />June 1, 1988. '.~;his surfacing shall be subject to <br />appr(wal by the property owner° <br /> <br />4. Off-street loa~i~ shall be provided as specified in the <br /> city code. <br /> <br />~-~e accesssory str~]cJ~ure is of pole construction. City <br />Code requires that the. exterior finish of this structure <br />shall be: <br /> a. Fa~~. bri~:k~ <br /> <br /> c. Precast (~)ncrete units treated with decorative <br /> material or texture; <br /> d. Factory fabricated and finished metal framed <br /> panol ~o~t~ion if the panel material is to <br /> be any ~ the above three types; or <br /> e. Other material as approved by the City <br /> <br />The lo, er half ¢~f the structure and trim shall be <br />finished with white cedar facing which shall be applied <br />as specified by the City Building Official. This finish <br />shall be (x~pleted by September 30, 1987. <br /> <br /> <br />
