Counci I member <br />moved for its adoption~ <br /> <br />::;.nt, roduced the following resolution and <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING ~REPAR{TION OF REPORT ON IMPROVEMENT (161st & <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it. is proposed to improve the following <br />streets by sealcoating: <br /> <br />a) Llama S~.reet N.W. between 163rd Avenue lq.W. <br />and 161st Av~iue N.W,, <br /> <br />'.o) 16ist A~enue N.W. between Llama Street N.W. <br />~i{nd Armstrong Blvd. N.W. (Anoka County ~83) <br /> <br />and to assess the benefitted property for all or a portion of the <br />cost of the improvement, pursuant to Chapter 210.01 of the City <br />Code. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOEA CGONI~, STATE iF MINNF. gUfA, as follows: <br /> <br /> ]) That the pro~osed improvement be referred to Mr. <br />Peter Ro Raatikka of Hak.inson Anderson Associates, Inc. for the <br />study and that he is instructed to report to the City Council <br />with all convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary <br />way as to whether the pro0osed improvement is feasible and as to <br />whether it should best be made as proposed or in connection with <br />some other improvement, arid the estimated cost of the improvement <br />as recommended. <br /> <br />The motion for the adopti)n of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Councilmembcr and upon vote being taken <br />thereon, the follo~in9 voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the foll<~ing voted agaJ3~st the same: <br /> <br />and the foll~J.ng were absen~ .: <br /> <br />and the foll~ing abstains]: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution ~as declared duly passed and adopted by <br />the Ramsey City Council this the 27th day of January, 1987. <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br /> <br />
