Council member <br />moved for its adoption~ <br /> <br />;-~nt;roduced the following resolution and <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING PR>~PARATION OF REPORT ON IMPROVEMENT <br />(Sortebergs ~ddition - ~87-5) <br /> <br /> W~EREAS, j.t is p~'oposed to improve the following <br />streets by sealooating~ <br /> <br />a) 16].st Av:~nue N.W. between Armstrong Blvd. N.W. <br />(County Road ~83) and Variolite Street N.W. <br /> <br />b) 15~th Laae N.W. between Armstrong Blvd. N.W. <br />(County Read ~83) and Xenolith Street N.W. <br /> <br />c) Xenolith Street N.W. between 159th Lane N.W. <br /> ~nd 161st Av~.~e N.W.. <br /> <br />and to assess the benefitted property for all or a portion of the <br />cost of the improvement., pursuant to Chapter 210.01 of the City <br /> <br /> THEREFORE, BE IT RESO~,VED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA ~, STATE iF MINNESOTA, as foll~s: <br /> <br /> ]_) That the prooosed improvement be referred to Mr. <br />Peter R.
