Councilmembe r <br />moved for its ack,prior: <br /> <br />i~it~oduced the following resolution and <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT ON IMPROVEMENT <br />(Whispering Pjne~.~ Plat 2 <br /> <br /> WBEREAS, it ].s })roposed to improve the following <br />streets by se~l~ting: <br /> <br />Kangaroo Sti'eet N.W. between 151st Lane N.W. <br />153 rd Lane No W. <br /> <br />b) 15].~t Lan~s N.W~ between Kangaroo Street N.W. <br />e~t to its en~ <br /> <br />c) Iguana $<~eet N.W. between 151st Lane N.W. <br />south to the [{outh plat boundary of Whispering <br />Pj~es Plat 2 <br /> <br />and to assess the benefited property for ail or a portion of the <br />cost of the improvement~ i~u~suant to Chapter 210.01 of the City <br />Code. <br /> <br />N~4 T~EREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY TBE CITY COUNCIL OF TBE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANGKA (/~INTY, S~fA~ O{ MTNNESO/~, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1) That the prop<)sed improvement be referred to Mr. <br />Peter R. Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. for the <br />study and that he is instructed to report to the City Council <br />with all convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary <br />way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to <br />whether it should best be ~ade as proposed or in connection with <br />some other h~provement~ and the estimated cost of the improvement <br />as reco~nended. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoptio>~ of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Councilmembe~ and upon vote being taken <br />thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the follc~inq voted against the same.: <br /> <br />and the foll~in9 were ~se_nt:: <br /> <br />and the follc~inq absta~led-. <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution w~s declared duly passed and adopted by <br />the Ramsey City Council this the 27th day of January, 1987. <br /> <br />f ~s~4ution ~87-__ <br /> <br /> <br />
