Councilmember iatroduced the following resolution and <br />mcr~ed for its a~ption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPA',~JaTION OF REPORT ON I~PROVEMENT (Trott <br />Brook Estates - ~87-g ) <br /> <br /> WHeReAS, it is proposed to improve the following <br />streets by se~tlcoating: <br /> <br />and to assess the benefited property for all or a portion of the <br />cost of the improvement, pu~suant to Chapter 210.01 of the City <br />Code. <br /> <br /> THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANC~J~ OQUNI~, STATE O? ~INNESOTA, as foll(~s: <br /> <br /> 1) That the pro[osed improvement be referred to Mr. <br />Peter R.
