Councilmembe r <br />moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />~ntroduced the following resolution and <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT ON I~PROVEMENT (Alpaca <br />Estates 1st & 2r~ Addition- ~87'-~) <br /> <br /> W}{EREA$, it, is proposed to improve the following <br />streets by seale~ating: <br /> <br />2) 171st La~e N.Wo between the west plat boundary <br />of Trott Brook Estates and Yttrium Street N.W. <br /> <br />b) 172nd La;~e N.W. between the east plat boundary <br />{'~fTrott Brook Estates and Yttrium Street N.W. <br /> <br /> Yttrium Street N.W. between the south plat <br />bounda ~ry of ~rott Brook Estates and 172nd Lane N.W. <br /> <br />and to assess the benefited property for all or a portion of the <br />cost of the improvement, pursuant to Chapter 210.01 of the City <br />Code. <br /> <br />NOW T~EREFORE, BE IT RESOLgED BY T~E CITY COUNCIL OF T~E CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ~ GOUNTY, STATE G~' MINNESOTA, as foll~s: <br /> <br /> 1) That the proposed improvement be referred to Mr. <br />Peter R.
