Councilmembe r <br />moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />iatroduced the following resolution and <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT ON IMPROVEMENT (South <br />~lf Bagen's Unp[~atted ,- ~87-[ 1) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve the following <br />streets by sealc~ting: <br /> <br />a) Driscoll Street: NoW. between 176th Avenue N.W. <br />~ 169th Lane <br /> <br />b) 169th La~:e N.W. between Baugh Street N.W. west <br />t.o its end at <~e cul~:le-sac <br /> <br />c) 173rd Avenue N.W. between Baugh Street N.Wo <br />west to i~ e~ <br /> <br />and to assess the benefited })roperty for all or a portion of the <br />cost of the improvement~ pursuant to Chapter 210.01 of the City <br /> <br />NOW TBEREFORE, BE IT RESOLgED BY TffE CITY COUNCIL OF T~E CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOEA (DUNTY, STATE O"' ~INNF. SOTA, as foll~s: <br /> <br /> 1) That the pro~osed improvement be referred to Mr. <br />Peter R.
