At that time the Council agreed that this operation <br />would be allowed to oontinue ~der the existing conditional use permit provided <br />that the parkirg area and driw-~ay were surfaced with blacktop or concrete by <br />June 1, 1987. In addition, th(.~ Council requested that a $3,500 escrow (based <br />on the City Engineer's estimab'~) be deposited with the City by January l, 1987. <br />To date the City has not received this escrow deposit. Bowever, the City has <br />received corre~pondence from M~'.
