PROHIBITED SIGNS Any type of signsge ot'he~' than those specified in this document shall be prohtbite~.. Any ~-ype of individual cabinet signage. 3. Any -s;ype of plaqut _sign. 5ig~n~ employing m~lded or formed letters, or letters with no retulms or exposed fastenings. (:loth, wood, pa~er or cardboard signs, stickers, decals or signs, letters, symbols, o~ identification painted directly on the surface of the premises. Au'~iliary signage, such as that used for grand openings and sales, may be ~ubject to approval by Landlord. Any exposed neon SIGN ;~PROVALS Tenant shall, sub:nit drawings and specifications including samples of materials and colors, for all its proposed sign work to the Landlord and Architect. Three (3) sets of drawings will be required. The drawings shall c>.early show location of sign on the elevations, graph- ics and color. The Landlord shall return one (1) set of sign dra~ngs, as soon as possible, to th~ Tenant. The drawings will be marked either proved", or ~Approved Based on Landlord's Modifications', or 'Disap- proved". Sign drawings that have been 'Approved Based on Landlord's' Modifications~ a?e to be returned to the Landlord bearing the Tenant's approval, or a= e to be redesigned and resubmitted for landlord's approval within seven (7) days of receipt by Tenant. Sign drawings that have been disapproved are to be redesigned and resubmitted to the Landlord and Ara~Jtect for approval also within seven (?) days of receipt by 0187
