Protect the existing road surface from damage during construction of the driveway. <br />Patching of the existing roadway if damaged will require saw cutting the damaged area, <br />placing new bituminous base in the damaged area, milling an area 12 inches wide by 1.5 <br />inches deep parallel to the saw cut, then placing bituminous wear over the patch and the <br />milled area. <br />A full building permit review will be required prior to constructing the home on this lot. <br />Plat Sheet <br />1. This plan will be reviewed by the Anoka County Surveyor. <br />Engineering staff recommend approval of the Sketch Plan and Final Plat, contingent on receipt of <br />revised plans prior to application for a building permit on the lot. <br />
