CONTINUED FROM FIRST PAGE <br />Cell phones, computers, MP3 Players or any wireless internet device are prohibited. <br />Gambling is not allowed in any form. <br />Visitors are not allowed in in client rooms. <br />Smoking is allowed in designated smoking areas only. This includes the use of electronic <br />cigarettes. <br />Riverplace does not allow any music device that allows your own music; only radios are <br />allowed. You may not listen to music during program hours (8am-5pm M-F, Sam -Noon <br />Saturday) or while in any Riverplace vehicle. Stereo systems are not allowed at <br />Riverplace. <br />TV is only allowed: <br />Monday- Thursday: 5 p.m. -11 p.m. <br />Friday 5 p.m. -Midnight <br />Saturday: Noon- Midnight <br />Sunday- 6:30 a.m. — 11 p.m. <br />*Daily from 6:30a.m.-7:30 a.m. for morning news <br />Graphic stories of drug or alcohol use are not allowed. <br />Business transactions with other clients are prohibited. <br />All matters discussed in group sessions and the identities of all group members are <br />absolutely confidential and l will not share with nonmembers. <br />I hereby certify that I have read and fully understand BOTH PAGES and agree to conform my <br />behavior to these expectations.
