Highway 10 Access <br />Access directly onto Highway 10 has always been a concern. <br />We tried to get a printout from the City of Anoka which showed <br />exactly how the property would be accessed but there was a printer or <br />computer issue of some sort. <br />When we asked about the access at the City of Ramsey we were <br />told a frontage road was all planned out but it wouldn't be finished for <br />years. <br />Has the Department of Transportation approved of the access the <br />property has currently? <br />Mississippi River Protected Corridor <br />When the channel was dredged out around Kings Island to allow <br />boats to travel all the way around, doesn't the dredged out area become <br />the new Mississippi River frontage and fall under the protection of the <br />DNR? <br />4 <br />
