Mississippi Bike Trail <br />Both cities of Anoka and Ramsey made a deal with the <br />Department of Transportation to allow the bike trail to pass through <br />our cities. <br />The website takes great pride in the trail as being "Family <br />Friendly." <br />Do you ever see families with young children riding bikes in front <br />of Riverplace Counseling? <br />Serious Flaws <br />The closest place for snacks or cigarettes is across the four lanes of <br />pedestrian death known as Highway 10, to the Saloon. The "Saloon" is <br />a bar. The closest place for the chemically dependent residents to get <br />smokes is a bar. Bad Idea. <br />Anoka residents are nowhere near the new location. Ramsey <br />residents will be greatly affected. <br />Anoka police are a mile away and have to drive to Ramsey and <br />turn around to get to Riverplace Counseling. Ramsey police are about <br />to receive a bunch of trouble from our good friends in Anoka. (If they <br />need drug money, they are not going into the woods — they are going to <br />the houses) <br />5 <br />
