Nei] Penn, 806 - 154th L~[llc NW, ~tated the motorcycle is really loud.· Their youngest son knows
<br />the boy who rides the motorcycle and says this kid is doing it on purpose to bother the neighbors.
<br />They have asked him to talk to the boy, but it does not do any good. He sits under their window
<br />and revs the motorcycle 15 to 20 i:imes and races around the house. The windows rattle on their
<br />house. Thc polir:e say they cannot do anything according to the ordinance.

<br />Mayor Gamcc explained due to tl~e way the ordinance is written, someone has to file a complaint
<br />and go to court. The Police Crier is ueviewing the ordinance and looking at putting more "treat"
<br />into it.
