Voting No: None. <br /> <br />COUNCIL BUSINESS <br /> <br />Case gl: <br /> <br />Public Hearing to Vacate an Access Easement within the Town Center <br />Gardens Subdivision; Case of Brightkeys Development Corp. <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />Assistant Community Development Director Trudgeon explained the City Council introduced <br />the ordinance to vacate the access easement parallel to Bunker Lake Boulevard (CR 116) to <br />access City Pm-nphouse #2 on April 13, 2004. In conformance with State Statutes, a public <br />hearing needs to be held. <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec closed the regular portion of the City Council meeting at 7:31 p.m. in order to <br />conduct a public hearing. <br /> <br />Public Hearing <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec called the public hearing to order at 7:31 p.m. <br /> <br />Citizen Input <br /> <br />There was none. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Cook, seconded by Councilmember Elvig, to close the public <br />hearing. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councihnembers Cook, Elvig, Kurak, Pearson, <br />Strommen, and Zirmrterman.
