The ordin~tnce is now eligible for adoption. He noted the case discussed <br />earlier tonight w/th Preci:se Metal cra 2 had a lot of building and bituminous, and this ordinance <br />can be amended in the future ii' tl~ere are additional problems. <br /> <br />,Ion Enstrom, 8701 - 131~'' A. venu{, s~ggested there be an option for a site that has a difficulty <br />locating trees to mitigate the trees; arm make a donation of trees to City parks. <br /> <br />CouncJlmeml)er Cook stated this s a good suggestion.
