There was further <br />discussion regarding the location of sidewalks and trails. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner ?ontius, seconded by Commissioner LaMere, to approve the Alpine <br />Woods park dedication of ~57,200 artd trail fee of $14,300 and consider the sidewalk extension <br />and the trails cradii eligible against hase two fees. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Absent: Commissioner Ostrum. <br /> <br />Case #4: Ma[} on Sectim~ 3 o: Master Trail Plan <br /> <br />Civil Engineer II /Jnton explained tlmt for the past several months, the Commission had been <br />receiving draft sections of l:he Mas:er '['rail Plan, and directing feedback to LHB, the consulting <br />firm assembling tim documel~ts. Tl,e process was generally on schedule and this month's review <br />would consist of the chapter ,tddres ;ing the trail corridor descriptions and the draft trail map. He <br />asked the Cmmnission to recommend amendments to any sections received to date, and provide <br />direction on thc above two clement:. <br /> <br />Civil Engineer !I l Jnton asked if th~.. Supervisor Rix, erbiood indicated there was a lot of work to complete after <br />receiving thc accm'ate inf0rmatio~ obtained from the aerial photographs.
